These terms apply to your use of advertisingreportcard.com and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, to services provided by Advertising Report Card ("ARC", "we", "us"). By using this site you accept them.
Using this site
You may read, print and share the pages here for your own business purposes. You may not copy the content into another commercial publication, or use the site in a way that breaks the law, infringes another person's rights, or interferes with the site's operation.
Report cards
A report card is an opinion based on the accounts, sites and information available at the time. It is provided free of charge and without warranty. It is not a guarantee of results, and it does not replace your own professional, legal or accounting advice.
Services and fees
Where we carry out paid work, the scope, fee and term are set out in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. That document takes precedence over anything on this page. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to the advertising platform, in your own account.
Accounts and access
You confirm that you are entitled to give us access to any account you share. Read only access is enough for a report card and can be removed by you at any time. Where we manage an account, you keep ownership of it and of its history.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to us. Reports and documents we produce for you are yours to use within your business. The methods, templates and internal tooling we use to produce them remain ours.
No guarantee of results
Advertising performance depends on your market, your offer, your capacity to answer enquiries and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a particular return, ranking or volume of business, and we will not claim one.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of this site or from services provided. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Third party platforms
We work within Google, Meta, Microsoft and other platforms, and their rules and availability can change without notice. We are not responsible for a platform's decision, outage or policy change.
Ending the arrangement
Either party may end a service agreement as set out in the signed document. On ending, you keep the accounts, the site and the data; we hand over documentation needed to continue without us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts of Florida, after a good faith attempt to resolve the matter directly.
