Medical and therapy

Patient acquisition that respects the patient.

Medical advertising carries rules that most agencies ignore until a complaint arrives. We build the campaigns, the intake and the tracking inside those rules from the first day.

The category

The rules shape the campaign, so learn them first.

What we will not do

  • Put a health condition in an ad headline where the platform forbids it
  • Send patient details through a form that stores them on an unapproved service
  • Run before and after imagery without the consent and the disclaimers the category requires
  • Promise outcomes, which is both a platform rule and a professional one

What works

  • Condition and service pages that answer the question the patient typed
  • Local presence: map listing, hours, insurance accepted, parking, and the first visit explained
  • Appointment requests rather than open lead forms, so the first contact is a booking
  • Front desk follow up within the hour, scripted but not robotic
  • Measurement that counts booked appointments, not form fills

The numbers

Booked appointments, and the calls nobody returned.

The front desk is the conversion rate

Two practices with the same ad budget and the same cost per enquiry can end up with very different numbers of new patients. The difference is usually how fast the phone is answered and whether a missed call gets a second attempt. We measure both, because they are cheaper to fix than the clicks.

What we measure

Cost per appointment request, show rate, new patient value by service line, and the share of enquiries that never got a reply. Where a practice has several locations, we split all of it by location, because a shared budget hides which office is actually paying for itself.

We grade the advertising and the intake together, including the calls that went unanswered.

What happens next

We reply within one working day, ask for the two or three things we need, and book a time to walk you through the card.

No charge, no contract and no change to your accounts to get it.
